Another point you’ve raised in your complaint is that you’ve found ladies using the same wording in letters. Each letter that is sent through our site goes through translation and moderation before reaching the intended party. This means that when the lady sends you a letter, it off in her first language and gets translated by a translator. If you have multiple messages going through the same translator, you will hear the interpreters ‘voice’ coming through in the letters you receive. Our chat system, however, is all translated automatically, so you shouldn’t find this issue using this service. We would also be more than happy to look into this if you’d like to let us know which letters you believe have the same wording?

In regards to there being profiles which have the same photos on, this could be a duplicate account. Although we do not condone this on our site, it does sometimes happen from both our Male and female members.
